Open the Source of Love | Sr. Tuyết Nghiêm

In this heartfelt Dharma talk, a monastic from Deer Park Monastery invites the Sangha to practice breathing together in the present moment. She reflects on the deep gratitude she holds for all her teachers, especially her spiritual teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh. The talk centers around the theme of continuation as gratitude, explaining that through the practice of mindful breathing and living, we express gratitude to our teachers and cultivate love within ourselves. The speaker shares a poignant personal story about embracing love and self-compassion, overcoming anger, and finding peace. She also sings a song she composed, "Awakening the Source of Love," a tribute to the love she has received and the transformative power of love in practice.
