Mountain Spring Monastery
Mountain Spring Monastery sits on the traditional lands of the Dharug people in the Blue Mountains outside of Sydney, Australia. A large organic farm is a central feature of this beautiful, forested oasis. The fifteen-acre monastery rests beside a national park with thousands of acres.
A monastic community of monks and nuns reside at the monastery and offer weekly days of mindfulness, meditation classes, and online practice opportunities, including many daily offerings.
